Fort Bend County Levee Improvement District No. 20, through the dedication of its Directors and Consultants, is committed to providing the highest quality service at the most economical costs to its customers and taxpayers.
Important Update: Levee Rehabilitation Project Starting Late June
Starting in late-June and over the following 4 to 6 weeks, FBCLID No. 20 will have a Contractor onsite rehabilitating the existing levee that protects the Kingdom Heights neighborhood. The existing levee is currently in great condition and more than capable of performing in a flood event. The rehabilitation is intended to raise the levee to better protect the District moving forward. During the construction project there will be large equipment and trucks working on and near the levee. The Contractor will also be using some of the existing parks and open spaces as staging areas, so access may be limited. The Contractor will repair any damage to the park or open spaces. The District appreciates your patience and understanding as we work to complete the project with minimal disturbance to the residents.
